Live Training and Real Experience
We can assist carriers in getting more owner-operators under their MC# number and building a professional dispatching team under their company name. Our training program is designed for individuals who are interested in learning about the trucking business and how to get jobs in this field as freight dispatchers or independent dispatchers running their own truck dispatch business with a good marketing strategy to get new clients.
Our training program is a live training program, whether in-person or online. It is designed to give you hands-on experience and shadowing with one of our experienced dispatchers to see a real load booking and live day-to-day operations. We believe that this combination of training and shadowing will provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in the trucking industry.
We also offer Truck Dispatch Services (3%-5% Gross)
Our truck dispatch services are designed to make your life as a carrier or fleet owner as easy and stress-free as possible. Our team of experts handle every step of the load booking process, from finding and negotiating rates with shippers, to conducting thorough credit checks and creating all necessary shipping documents. We also follow strict internal procedures to ensure that your loads are dispatched on time and without any hiccups. Our team is available to communicate and follow-up with drivers, shippers, and receivers, as well as to keep records of mileage, fuel usage, repairs and other expenses. Additionally, we are experienced in cross-border dispatching regulations and practices and will help with all the necessary paperwork, including border crossing. We also provide roadside assistance support and arrangements as needed.
